Quality Control

At Chinee Garment Co., Ltd, quality control is integrated into every stage of manufacturing and order fulfillment. Our product range includes women’s apparel such as activewear, dresses, jackets, knitwear, underwear, swimwear, and other clothing styles, as well as nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories. We apply product-specific inspection procedures to support consistent workmanship, reliable performance, accurate specifications, and dependable delivery for international buyers.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before entering production. Inspection requirements are determined according to the product specifications, approved samples, purchase details, and applicable internal inspection standards.

• Apparel materials: Fabric composition, color, weight, width, surface appearance, hand feel, stretch, shrinkage considerations, and visible defects are checked according to the order requirements.
• Garment components: Zippers, buttons, elastics, labels, threads, trims, prints, and other accessories are reviewed for appearance, quantity, compatibility, and workmanship.
• Cable ties and wiring accessories: Material appearance, dimensions, color, molding quality, fastening or connection features, and other defined product characteristics are checked subject to product specifications.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out during production to identify deviations at an early stage and maintain consistency from one operation to the next. Production teams review key workmanship points and follow approved samples, technical details, and process instructions.

• Garment cutting, panel matching, sewing, seam construction, pressing, and finishing are monitored for accuracy and consistency.
• Measurements and construction details are reviewed during production to help maintain the required fit, proportions, and appearance.
• For molded or assembled products, production checks may include dimensions, surface condition, flexibility, fastening performance, assembly accuracy, and functional characteristics.
• Identified issues are communicated to the responsible production team for timely correction and follow-up inspection.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Completed products are inspected before packing to confirm that they meet the agreed product specifications and approved quality requirements. The inspection scope is adjusted to the product type, order details, and buyer expectations.

• Apparel inspection: Overall appearance, measurements, fabric and color consistency, stitching, seams, labels, trims, pressing, cleanliness, and finishing quality are reviewed.
• Performance-oriented garments: Stretch, recovery, coverage, support features, construction stability, and other relevant characteristics are checked according to the design and specification.
• Cable ties and wiring accessories: Dimensions, molding details, edges, surface finish, fastening or connection function, and visible defects are examined in line with the product requirements.
• Products with identified nonconformities are separated for rework, replacement, or further evaluation before release.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, finished goods are checked to ensure that packaging, quantities, identification, and order details are consistent with the customer’s requirements. This stage helps protect products during transportation and supports accurate delivery documentation.

• Product style, item code, size, color, quantity, and labeling are reviewed against the order information.
• Packaging materials, folding or packing methods, carton condition, and protective measures are checked for suitability.
• Carton markings, shipping labels, packing lists, and other required information are reviewed before dispatch.
• Any special packaging, assortment, or handling instructions provided by the buyer are verified during the final check.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality information from inspections, production teams, customers, and logistics activities is used to support corrective action and process improvement. When an issue is identified, the relevant details are reviewed to determine the likely cause, define appropriate actions, and verify the effectiveness of the correction.
